He guides individuals to form an awareness of healthy options and offers one-on-one consultations to help youth and adults stay on track with their personal goals. Accountability is everything. Avery also believes the world’s conditions have forced mental health and spiritual health to be of equal critical importance. He transparently shares his own challenges with mental health as a help agent to create a safe space for personal exploration, mindset strength and conditioning, as well as ritual practice.

Avery’s body is his temple, and his understanding of total body wellness helps to keep him attuned to the body’s needs. He recognizes the journey to a healthier lifestyle must nurture an active consciousness of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
